Joined an interval clinic at the local running store, to have a group to do intervals with. Jerry Ziak is our coach, and he spent a lot of today talking about form (but in the future the workout might go a bit faster with less explaining). Started out with Jerry's limbering up exercises, warm up, and then silly walks (with some slightly different variations as per coaching).

10 times up a hill in the trails of Jericho park. Good to have people to keep the pace high. Focused on keeping good form, but sometimes it lapsed a bit near the end. We had a bit of a mixed group, so the rests got longer later, since we had to wait more.
