Long run in PS park with Nate and Christophe P. Decent pace, definitely tiring by the end.

Running 35:00 [3] 2.0 km (17:30 / km) +700m 6:22 / km

Up the 2nd peak of the chief with Patrick S - dodging people the whole way. Beautiful day!

Orienteering 37:00 [3] 2.0 km (18:30 / km) +300m 10:34 / km

Orienteering training on top of the chief. Felt some sections with good flow and some decent running, but other times got confused or had some problems changing pace / scrambling around - always turned out the map was right though ;) Really enjoyed myself.

Down the chief a slightly different route - mostly about nimble feet and more people dodging.

Note

Spent the afternoon walking around Whistler checking control locations for the sprint with Adrian.

Latish run with John. Had not eaten enough during the day to feel like I could do intervals properly. Ran down to the beach, then all the way around on the rocks (like a terrain run) to wreck beach... then hardish up the stairs.

3 loops, got stuck in some brambles on an overgrown trail and wasted some time on the first loop.
