Felt kinda on/off... sometimes having to convince myself to keep going. Ugh, why do I care so much about these stupid things... and/or why do I not train harder so I stop disappointing myself. Time above is what is on the website, my watch was a bit slower.

WET at Stanley park - having troubles pushing, bit tired. Wasted some time trying to go through smaller trails, even the second time when I should have learned my lesson.

Morning run down and along wreck beach with Nisha

Took Zoltan on a bit of a longer run, since I tried to an old small trail to cut the loop short with no success... there are some parts of the forest where it is hard to do smaller loops to extend the run without re-using trail ;)
