Bused with Thomas to the bottom of Grouse, then ran along powerline, then essentially the Baden Powel the rest of the way to Deep Cove (other than a small section by lynn river on some other trail to avoid road running). Had our warm up clothes in backpacks, so when we got to Deep cove, we hung out on the beach and washed our legs in the ocean, then changed and had some food :). It was a very nice day, despite the rain this morning (which was good as we had no other shoes than the ones we ran in)!

10 times (5 times each way) along the shortish section of sword fern by uhill, where thomas was mapping. 530 metres of bumpy trail with one really muddy bit.
Short rest, was a compromise to doing both ways at once (but it would have been hard to turn around fast).
