Warm up and some strides for the race

Running race 20:00 [5] 5.0 km (4:00 / km)

5km road race in Stanley Park that Thomas forced me to run... painful near the end, but glad I ran it :) Haven't raced in awhile, and it shows. Looking forward to doing more races, to get better at taking the pain!

Club run with Christophe R and Zoltan. Bit better pace than the last few times, since christophe pushed at the beginning, and I pushed near the end. Felt surprisingly ok despite lack of sleep and some sickness again (possibly just making myself sick from stress).

Warm up and strides

Five times 800m, while Thomas did 1k's. Trying to stay on my forefoot (or at least somewhat flat foot and not heel) to practice better running technique. Went through different stages, sometimes the calves hurts, then that would subside after a lap and my stomach or something else would get noticed. But generally felt good.
