Five times 800m, while Thomas did 1k's. Trying to stay on my forefoot (or at least somewhat flat foot and not heel) to practice better running technique. Went through different stages, sometimes the calves hurts, then that would subside after a lap and my stomach or something else would get noticed. But generally felt good.
