Warm up run on the roads, started out with Thomas on his roller skis

Eight times up the hill by the gradual hill by the flagpole. Last 4 times was with thomas (and the longer rest on one was because a car was coming down the hill). Faster each time, even faster when I was trying to beat thomas. Hard to motivate myself these days... hope it is just some sort of midwinter blahs.
