North Shore long-O, good course by thomas - really enjoyed it. Took a little while for me to feel good running, but felt good for the middle bit, then felt tired ;). Maybe not the best route choice after the waterstop, and sometimes did not try to avoid climb on routes.

Rests between intervals, silly walks, lunges, warm down
Fun course at Cap college, some interesting legs. Bit cold at the beginning (it had been hailing earlier), and my feet were even a bit frozen - hate that feeling of running without really having any foot dexterity. I warmed up about 1/3 of the way into the course - then at the end it started to rain.
Club run with Carol and Zoltan, tried to pick it up a bit, ended up sorta fartlek style since Zoltan's tummy was not so good, so we had to stop/slow down a few times.
