Picking up controls from the kids farsta.
Dragged some unsuspecting people including an visitor who had not idea what she was getting into teaching a bunch of jackrabbits to orienteer for the morning. Unfortunately turned out to be a bit cold... but the weather only really detiorated in the afternoon.

Then dragged some even more unsuspecting people into one of "louise's misadventures" .... so so sorry bout my stupidity on that one guys!

Six times 400 with thomas, thomas started a bit behind me on the last 4, so as to push me more... still a bit stiff on the first two, then warmed up, but then they just got more and more painful ;)

Warm up through the woods and strides with Thomas.
Calf still red/itchy/warm from where I got stung yesterday, but did not notice it once I started running.

3:41 - rest walking along the track with thomas
6:19 - 1600m
3:54 - rest
6:18 - 1600m
Thomas did 2km's while I did these, so he would finish a bit behind me.
