Biking to the track to find the triathlon group someone had told me about. Someone gave me a ride home because a thunderstorm looked imminent and the wind had picked up.
Running 30:00 [3]
Warm up run around the track for 15 minutes, then running drills across the sandpit and strides on the grass.
Intervals 6:00 [5]
6 times 30s fast 30s slow, then bigger rest and same thing again. Running near a guy, so good motivation.
Intervals 14:00 [3]
rests/jog between and then running with high knees against a bungee cord tied to a tree, and some stretching. Nice group, fun to try to speak french and meet some other runners.
