Running a course to try to show the athletes how fast one can really orienteer... robbie put out the controls, so I hadn't seen them before! Fast and fun course.

Biking 15:00 [2]

Biking to the track to find the triathlon group someone had told me about. Someone gave me a ride home because a thunderstorm looked imminent and the wind had picked up.

Running 30:00 [3]

Warm up run around the track for 15 minutes, then running drills across the sandpit and strides on the grass.

Intervals 6:00 [5]

6 times 30s fast 30s slow, then bigger rest and same thing again. Running near a guy, so good motivation.

Intervals 14:00 [3]

rests/jog between and then running with high knees against a bungee cord tied to a tree, and some stretching. Nice group, fun to try to speak french and meet some other runners.

Putting out controls early in the morning before the athletes arrived

Putting out controls up on top of the hill then going down the hill to place the last control.

Running 38:00 [4]

17:26 - hard back up the hill towards the first control up there
6:26 - jogging around the area near that control
5:28 - hard up the trail near the control
7:06 - down
5:28 - up
2:56 - jogging near the control
55 - fast up the steep section of hill near the control
1:54 - down
57 - up
1:32 - down
56 - up
1:43 - down
55 - up
Then waited around for awhile near the control getting cold till 2 teams came by.

Running down the hill with the athletes, and some walking (not counting all the time)

Putting out controls, including running up a large hill. Then later going up a small ski hill to wait for the athletes at the top.

2 mins easy then 2 mins hard workout thingy on the stairmaster. Got lazy today and did not manage to boot my fat ass out the door till late.
