Putting out flagging tape on the last few controls for the race today. Ran up the ski hill in this loop and tried to focus on good running technique up the hill. Trying to use the keywords "tall, relaxed, twist".

Running a hill on the orienteering map, while the athletes raced. According to the map it was 80m climb. Quite steep, with a bit of a flat bit in the middle.
