run with magnus and thomas, about 30 mins in the middle was in the terrain at rice lake. The rest on baden powel trail to get there from andrea's house. My o-shoes were stiff and gave me blisters!

Hot yoga, felt pretty good - but tried not to overdo on the stretches!
Spent several hours before this mapping at sfu, so it was nice to be so warm after freezing my hands today...
25 mins warm up and 16 mins cool down jog around QE with Thomas and Magnus.

run afterwards with benoit on the trail part of the map we hadn't gone in - lots of trees down. Also tried to go along the the bottom of the ravine on an indistinct trail and ended up doing alot of bushwacking and finally climbing back out...
Running by myself, being careful of my hamstring. Had some stomach issues (and had to find some bushes). I have never figured out what triggers my cramping issues, but it happens somewhat frequently...
