slow jog/walk around dewdrop map with thomas. I navigated and he chose some places for me to go. Also stopped a bit to look around and just get a feel for the terrain.

Running warm up/down 5:00 [2]

warm up... had already run before and was already very warm...

Orienteering race 57:28 [4]

C meet at valleyview, had si punching but had to draw own map. Had a pretty good race with only one medium mistake on #4... but was moving like a snail, a very overheated snail!!!!!

pairs training with martin pardoe, I made a rather bad error on one, and he kept his mouth shut till I realized ;) It was a good experience! took some breaks to talk about what we were doing, and slow down when we made mistakes.

Orienteering 45:00 [3]

pairs training with magnus (we were the only 2 that wanted to do a second training), lots of short legs, felt better about my orienteering

Running 3:30 [5]

running/scrambling up a hill by where we were camping... cause someone suggested we should run up it, then I was the only one who would. (but then martin had to do it too cause he said if I did it under 4 mins he would). Did it in sandals, shorts, and not a sports bra.... but it was a part of the dare... :)

Tempo run, 5 times approx 1.2 km with about 1 min rest in between each

stretching... stomach felt kinda funny for awhile after workout...

Stretching, then several loops of going through strings, up and down stairs, and silly walks ect. Then more stretching, and of course squats!

3 times hollow 800's with 200 metre breaks in between. a 500, 100 metres walk, then a 300.
