Cross country ski race 1:29:00 [2]

sovereing lake ski-o, map thing help together better today (with the help of alot of duct tape). Again took some not so advisable routes through the forest, but skied better in general.

20 mins before trying to fix my technique with some hints from marta, and magnus. 10 really good minutes after the race with alan, a really good instructor, he makes the techinique look easy and beautiful! I think I learned alot.

ski-o at stake lake, not the best conditions, broke my map contraption... and took at about 10 mins at different times trying to fix it. Also took a horrible route through the woods and across a ravine...

running with thomas, 2:30 on 2:30 walk... only counted running. Sprinted some of the runs, while redoing a sprint course at ubc.

running along the river with robin and magnus, we had to go across a golf course to make it through to join all the parts of the trail.
