5.9 mile, so not quite 10k. Kept up to my brother till the very end... i think i will be a looonnngg hard slog to improve my time from this point, i am just not fast. I also do not really know how to push myself in a race like this.

set controls, took about 15 mins. Then jogged course with janet, had alot of fun.
