running in cresent park, with ted's running group.

5, 1 min intervals with 1 min walk/jog in between... then megs stopped... so we all stopped

bike to ubc and back... on the way there i had a very low back tire, much harder to bike than usual, had to stop at dad's work and ask to borrow a pump. The tire did not deflate while in class so i think it was just a slow leak, or already low. On the way back, went through woods.

wet #1, ran pretty hard, or at least it felt hard... speed a bit rusty right now.
