training on aspen grove map with meg, needed lots of time to get used to map again.... eeekk rusty o skills!!!!

biked to muna's and back, i was a bit late so i biked pretty fast there, and reasonably fast back... its downhill :) twas fun, nice weather!

Running 38:00 [3]

running warm up down to jericho and around looking for a good circuit to run. then run back for warm down.

Intervals 30:00 [5]

5 approx 3 min circuits in jericho park with around 1.5-2 min rest in between, up a hill at first, and through some tall grass and such, then along a trail, cutting back down to where we started. Then did 6 10sec sprints on gravel trail near the pond, with joggin in between.

Orienteering 48:00 [4]

Wet, long wet, quite physically challenging (hills!), but in an area i know quite well (near my school). It was alot of fun, didn't feel so good at the beginning (ate alot of hot cross buns), but then started to feel not bad, and ran pretty fast.
