Night sprint - rather a lot of hesitations early one, and took the wrong route on the long leg... not remembering how to make decisions quickly.

10 time 1 lap of Bislett (546m), starting every 3:30. The girls started off slower, but then I was basically attempting to hang onto / near Emma for dear life. Pretty close to puking and stomach not doing great on the last few, but feeling pretty good the first few.

Anders planned a tough workout, made tougher by the fact that we were running in fresh snow... songsvann at least has lots of small trails that are not now all ski trails. 6 times 10 minutes, with 2 minute break in between. I was the slowest one there, and on the 2nd and 3rd I got a bit lost, but I found them/they found me since it was nice out and we saw each other's lights. I started out a bit easier, and tried to push more on the second 3.

Cross country ski 3:45:00 [2] 33.2 km (6:47 / km)

Ski with Olav to a hut, and a different loop back (with Thomas and Mathias ahead). Nice once we got up the hill, and it was flatter and there were nice marshes with trees. Snowing at times, one time it made it rather squinty...
Used the shitty skis (with sns bindings), so had to double pole downhill to try to keep up with Olav. Mathias passed me as I pushed myself downhill and said "your skis suck"... I promtly laughed and fell over.

Running the onsdag omorgen training by myself, really nice training - more on the control picking side of things. Generally seemed to be making sense, although a few things harder to identify in the snow... and some footprints to re-assure me at times.

Got a sore throat starting Friday night (but still went to the Halden training)... not feeling perfect but ok. Decided to take another rest day to see if I could kick the bug before it truly settled in.

Training in Halden, really nice area... had some problems on the line-o. Little bit of snow, so all the footprints were a bit distracting ;)

Indoor orienteering in a school in Halden. Super fun, I just kept smiling for the first part since it seemed so hilarious how everyone was running around. One tricky control near the beginning where you had to read ahead and realize you had to be a on a floor above to get to it (and I had already gone towards it on the floor it was actually on... which was a dead end).

6 times 2 laps of bislett (1092m), starting every 6 minutes... Several other girls today, but of varying speeds. Was usually in sight of anne ( but less in the later ones as she sped up), there was also a guy near me sometimes... But he dropped off throughout the workout.

O-morgen: 4 forest o-tervals. Brain and body working better than yesterday. Some problems on the 2nd o-terval, but generally good. Started with all 4 girls (Anne Margrethe, Malin, and Cristina), the 2nd was just Anne and Malin, and the 3rd was just me and Anne Margrethe (Malin went ahead, since she wanted to push harder).

Intervals 24:28 [5] 6.55 km (3:44 / km)

12 times around bislett (starting every 3:30, except at the end where we got thrown off by some packs of runners coming around on the 2 lane track). One other girl, but pretty much the same speed... so we pushed each other. Near the end we started to purposely alternate who was leading, so as to be able to try to keep the pace.

Morning orienteering with 2 carloads of nydalen people. Corridor (shaky and definetly outside the corridoor for a bit but recovered) and then some medium length controls (better, less shaky), another corridor (pretty good till later in the corridoor), and then some control picking (bit rushed since running out of time).

~1.1km (~50m climb) terrain loop 4 times, neither Thomas or I fared very well at this both being rather timid at hurling ourselves down rocky slopes and tripping over stuff in the darkness and fog, I did not not even feel that confident on the small trails. Wore hrm, average = 167, max = 178.

Jumped on the trampoline in the corner of the room where the track was... real gymnastics trampoline so you can jump pretty high. Head felt pretty shaken after I got off, guess I was not used to it.
