Warm up / warm down with Catherine, boys running a bit faster ahead

8 times 2 minutes up gradual-ish hill, flattening out a bit for the last 20 seconds. Pretty consistent, but not so great on the 6/7 since stomach going a bit. 3rd workout in a row where it has been absolutely pissing...

Running down the hill between intervals (always 2:30, so a little bit of rest at the bottom)
