8 X sprints up clinton hill (a short steep hill in the forest). about 40-45 seconds up, tried pretty hard, felt it in legs and chest. Got a bit of a stitch on the run back home after, but kept running and it went away. Wish i could have gone to WIT today, as ther is so much more motivation to train with other people.
