Wow, after 30 mins felt totally wiped out from my cold and was hardly running. How can a cold last two weeks? Made a big mistake after this as I was exhausted. Hesitant to 1. Missed a shorter route to 3. Then on long leg to 10 felt deadbeat and went high instead of low for it. After that was shuffling and messed 12 badly by running 180 degrees out for a good couple of minutes before realising! Slow to 13, wrong side for 14 (should have looked at circle more closely as I was just going by control description). I am see a slightly shorter route to 16 now and shuffled the rest. Not good. Must have lost about 10 mins and felt shocking at the end.
