Tried to keep my heart rate under 140 which meant walking in some parts. My watch seemed to bleep constantly. I need to use this as an opportunity to practise technique rather than to continue running around like a headless chicken just at a slower speed. First error/hesitation happened at 2 as I had been given the wrong control descriptions and it took a minute to work out. After faffing with flicking the map over all the time and losing my place I decided to just not check them. Never good but it did help my very slow flow.
