Morning middle, stupid to no1, tried to take it as first leg of race with no planning but got carried away with myself. after that i struggled to concentrate and just got annoyed at myself to went to 8 then ran home. tiredness coming in i think

long o, felt i was sloppy in the head for the first few controls so decided to take 3 controls on one off, roughly, worked well,

first leg one man relay, poor fitness really showed, just physically not able to keep up, technique strong and didn't mp though...positives...

afternoon 'slope' intervals, pretty happy with this, good visualisation, so many good feeling controls :)
