15 mins to forest hill, 4x1~, then went over to ww and created a wee pyramid loop of increasing long hills, def doing this again, was good fun!!

Round Baldernock, was going to go up the the well but this cow was going crazy in the field so just went down to the school and back round to WW and home.

Slo3day sprint, under 10m/km :) pretty easy, many of the controls you could see from the previous. Good fun though
