Managed to get out quickly after final planner meeting. My stomach complained most of the way.

Orienteering 20:12 [3] 3.7 km (5:28 / km)

Mixed sprint relay, great experience with touch free. Still not feeling tip top but all things considering was happy. didn't get distracted and the whole map turn over was fine

Orienteering warm up/down 40:00 [3] 6.0 km (6:40 / km)

warm up before and then warm down round the short urban course, with a little bit of control collecting at the end.
