Note

Went to see the chiropractor today. hips better from not running but lower back still dodge and sore. new seating position and new stretches as well. discussing what next and going to initially stick to a plan of still no running for another month, swimming, cycling, rowing, keeping up the aerobic then slowing build in the running, go back in 6 weeks. Also going to bite the bullet and invest in a HAG chair!

Grim weather but went to check out dads appraisal of the new cycle friendly bridge, he forgot to mention that the path before and after this wonderful bridge is a load of shit!
Anyways out the balm ore, over 'the bridge', along the canal, Kirkie, torrance, baldernock and home. Sore bum

White rose team event, my head was spinning route choices were horrendous.
