running to the start then afterwards around spiralen alittle and then down in to town. typical that there would be a festival on when I have to stand nice and sweaty and wait for the bus, sorry fellow bus folk

Home time, took an extended route both at the bottom and top of the hill to add in some extra climb. All the way up to Grubegata.

the path always disappears into a nice wet marsh... wet feet, headed over to wooden steps after for some jumping and hopping

And that I why I run!, Not because it gets you somewhere, not because you get fitter, not because you always long for the shower and sauna afterwards but because for the rest of the day you continue to support a smile :)

Perfect Autumn day run, gorgeously sunny, crisp air. Up to the tower, views for miles, down to the spring, past Hellas SAW A MOOSE 20M FROM ME :) Autumn colours all around :) :) :) Not sure on the distance but will have a look
