NM training,
70 in the morning

Really confident orienteering, maybe routes too safe but hit them all :)

60 in the afternoon

first few were terrible. so stopped for a few minutes re focused and them began again, still not as good as the morning but better

Terrain test,

didn't realise this was tonight so hadn't really eaten enough, legs also pretty bad.
Still good to set a base time even if it was shockingly slow. down hill track, varying terrain, down hill, stright up hill, mega marsh running, then flat/up hill path.

10 mins warm up, 25 mins straight up hill, non stop :) I was like a drowned rat by the end, could actually squeeze water out my hair.

Went out third, back 3rd, 4 mins of mistakes, planning !!!!!! visualising!!!!
