NM training, north Oslo, was not the nicest area i've been on for sure, and the controls were faded red and white tape. path routes always the fastest.

15 mins along the river then 25 mins from the river up the hill.. none stop!!!

NM Ultralong
man it was long, only a cool 1 hour down.

Mega fine terrain, north of Trondheim, basically up on to a marshy plateau, sweet marshes but tough going. found all well but lost some focus on the route choices, walked a lot of the uphill but was still running at the end. Need to work on the nutrition for this kind of thing, feeling a bit sick.
