drills and strides
very short and slow down with Therese

Orienteering race 17:20 [5] 2.7 km (6:25 / km)

Norwegian cup sprint final.
Some how was lying 8th overall, but a miss at the start and then legs of lead after 12mins of running meant a horendously slow ending. think all good on the route choice

sprint intervals, 1st one slower then getting faster

First course mass start, 5th
then Chasing start final

Not many girls running but 5th overall
map with many different terrains, not totally clean

feeling very tired so just 6 controls trying to go well for the short time,
terrain a babe as per

out to nice bit of the map with Anna and Lone, one the way back went for a dip

great when it was going well but made almost 8 mins of mistakes in total over 3 controls. Distracted by people mostly, running to fast

Morning mountain run with Lone mostly as we got a bit lost. not sure on the climb but the top was 1123m so rough guest.

Friggin bubble in the compass, and contour only map.
turned out to be still pretty easy, shows how much i use my compass...
