out almost to hellas hytta, on the way home did some short speed work too

2 loops of around 12 mins, parts of a course from tuesday morning session. Map with no paths, limited water features. 10/12 controls on the money

Control Hanging with Marie, still not feeling great but it was slow. did most of the nav but the map was veyr iffy in places.

VM test races,
start was steady, little miss on 4 and 5 then everythign went down hill. stomach was sore again, very distracting, thinking of other things, not really orienteering feeeling rubbish. Need to have a think
