back at the physio, advise not to run until Sunday just so I don't make things worse, just got to keep mobile and stretch.

feeling pretty tired and sore from yesterday, Felt the running was easy but just couldn't push myself anymore, nav acceptable with the quality of the map, missed one even though i told my self to take it slow. more discipline
my back is a bit broken from thursdays ride home and yesterday.
Gonna get it seen on monday hopefully
