very very easy back still funny so ust went to see how it coped. going ok but then felt it about 30 mins in and then got worse so just stopped and walk home.

feeling pretty tired and sore from yesterday, Felt the running was easy but just couldn't push myself anymore, nav acceptable with the quality of the map, missed one even though i told my self to take it slow. more discipline
my back is a bit broken from thursdays ride home and yesterday.
