morning on Polmaise,
compass course- feeling tired in the legs and not really concentrating enough. some controls felt good but not enough.
control pick - much better, concentration good 2 mini blips but feeling good.
need to look up, plan

warming up up dumyat and back to the bus

corridor - feeling very good,
BBB - not much time so backwards, clean, looking up!
