long but very easy, with hollie and bex,topping and checking, sun was out :)

plyo session, feeling very sleepy but managing fine, so good to feel relaxed at training and actually go home for breakfast :)

along with bex, checking some control sites and then just chatting away, was still a bit windy and cold

Note

well that was a good week of training... but if i had trained i would have had no sleep, jet can't work without sleep but can without exercise. it was tough but this week will improve drastically
