Running 22:00 [5] 5.0 km (4:24 / km)

Park run, not a best but 30sec better than this time last year so some good out of it.

8.26 through the first 2 km and the 12.56 then a bit down hill

from gym to start of tt loop then once round easy so we could remember the route then once hard, 8.33 think def faster than last time but need to check this, then trying to find the way down

not sure on times as watch still out but thanks to hector alot faster than usual:) i can do this

up to meadows, maybe less bounding in warm up as back wasn't feeling to great then home

day event, ok tired and clumsy route choices, messed 2 , area generally less enjoyable than at night
