Orienteering race 1:05:00 [4] 7.2 km (9:02 / km) +210m 7:53 / km

last minute decision to go paid off. was very relaxed going into it, just glad to be there, maybe a bit too much so. 1 and 2 were sloppy and stupid, saw sophie coming out of 2, then startd to get into it. after that was going better, not looking up enough in the terrain, went north on 13 which wasn't the fastest but didn't see the small middle path, did plan did the end tho during the time. didn't see her again till 15 then were together for the rest, stuck to my plans, some lack of confience in places. lost about 3 mins easy overall

only me for long run so just decided to do course on the seat and save some traveling time. nearly got blown off and drowned but felt good on the hills.

some drills and then quick pace back to the gym and weather very unpleasent!

love running with gitte, just running and chatting, she is not very good with the whole rest thing tho just loving it :)

off load session 2

bb snatch session, thigh, knee, floor 2*5 started with 7.5 but moved to 15kg and was still good techinique

oh lung 20kg
box jumps - progression on height now 3rd highest but with little lift on the floor, major fail on 3 to last jump, cracked both shins off the edge, hurt alot, think need more rest between sets.
push ups.

easy spin, shins looking nice and bumpy, bruises sadly not that impressive!

through the meadows out to blackford up to braids and then home, rain was sore on my face, proper tropical!
