Jk relay, 2nd leg

Kirsten came back like 30 mins down so pressure was kind of off, just went out and did it. Was clean no mistake, didn't really enjoy the second half but the dunes was good. didn't run with anyone.

JK long,
was really looking forward to a tough technical race but wasn't really that technically was was pretty fast underfoot. Not fully looked at the race but lost 2 mins easy with just 20 secs ish at 3,10,12,19. Breathing was still good which is one good thing. 5ht overall over the weekend, could have been better.
