Orienteering race 44:52 [5] 4.9 km (9:09 / km) +120m 8:09 / km

JK middle,

Well no major mistakes but still ages of the pace. Lost time on 2 by just running off one 1, really stupid route ended up fine but just hesitant, then over shot - 1min
after that nothing major a few wobbles, tired at end, breathing again good :)

Orienteering race 15:41 [5] 2.1 km (7:28 / km)

JK sprint,
final an alryt result in sprint happy but also frustrated,
messed 1 - 5 sec
9 - 15 secs - shoddy printing, i don't have a path on my map or if it is there it's over printed with olive green, didn't realise this till went over with dads map.
17 -10 secs - poor route choice, went for simple route which was bad. though it might be a little longer but safe turns out it was rather a lot longer.

feeling tired across to 21 but maybe after some more practice i can actually do this.

warm up with alice and bex not too sure on time but roughly.

Orienteering intervals 26:04 [5] 5.1 km (5:07 / km)

Herriot Watt sprint practice - 2 course., split the first in to 2.
distances are on the line.

2.6km, 16.27 (9.05 +7.22), a couple of micro route choices but really trying to prepare mentally (1.7km +1.5km)
1.5km - 9.37. (1.9 actual distnace)
