kb sprint, felt pretty awesome for the first half, then felt poo, don't think i warmed up enough, technically happy, lots time getting frustrated looking for the controls when i was in the right place and just couldn't see the control but need to remember i would see a normal control.

cycled out towards gulliane then home, was cold, couldn't feel my feet but can now offically cycle no handed, after about 8 years of trying
