terrain test, 2 loops, never done it before so first one was slower than should have been as was kinda reading the map and not working enough, second loop better, know what to expect now

bb squats, trx rows, bb lunges, push ups, dead bugs, s.a rows, box jumps, ladders, med ball slams,
then boxing with alice and then foam rollers.

pentlands following toni's line. mostly me and chloe, was a struggle to get home but good chat kept us moving, if slowly :) good job
