i usually count or can count back how many lengths i didut i ha literally no idea, all i know i that it was gd and my heart rate was at like 155 or something alot of the time:) sore arms

along the coast, in the mudflats for the first bit which was interesting then above the cliffs and back through the woods, feeling really tired but 2 hours of the name game and then and hour of 20 questions with rowan, jen and ellie kept me going :)
