getting ba into more stuff, some plyo then jumps turkish get ups windscreens and the like. did my exercises at the end

just round some of the medows on the grass, felt ok but osre some of the time, just felt weird but gd to be running again :)

1 off 1 on, bout 85rmp all time just changing resistance! rgby guy next to me on highest rsistance, he ws hilarious watch as he coldn't o it, noly lasted 7mins
