joggin to start and the drills, jog round feild after

Orienteering race 1:03:00 [4] 7.3 km (8:38 / km) +245m 7:23 / km

individual. nav was gd,mayb 1 or 2 iffy route choices but other than tha really happy with how clean i kept it, steady speed, got abit frustated ith lack of speed but got time to build on this:)

the first two were sloppy but got much better after than nav good and just constant speed. lweather gorgiious andarea as always

just took it steady, 2 mistakes - 3mins but yeh flet ok, stomach better than yest. loved the course and the area :)
