was a really good experience, race goodish strong uphill and straight but down was hard, abit of a wimp reall, but still happy! good to meet all the h+h guys!

first time at weights,just learnin about stuff, good group there. was goood tho

only 6 of us there but ment that things moved qickly on and got alotish done, usualy order, slightly less ore at the end as kind of ran out of time.

good session, 2*200, 2*100. then ant to be 8*550 and 2*200 but my knee was givin me trouble after the 6th 550 so just stopped an joggd with bex. also we worke out it was actually 500 we were doin so e change the recovery time. going to book wiht julz for sometime when shes free.
