di most of it with bex which s really good as weept the recovery right lenght nd kind of left the pack. felt good.

not sure how far i walked but it ws a hell of a long way, from pollock to eca then to the dean gallery then back 2 pollock! was freein aswell and dark on the way back but got so good work done ad had fun too!:)

tinto twin day event. so go damn wet and rather cold after. was nquite slowley but felt ok so just kept steady and didn't really make mistakes except at 22 wheni was jst an idiot!
