Orienteering 56:00 [4] 3.6 km (15:33 / km) +205m 12:06 / km

3 sets of trains, on southern half of inchmarnoch. first one was gd second challenging as so many rock features and third on very gd all round

Orienteering 30:00 [3] 2.0 km (15:00 / km)

down hill practice on inch again. practicing contouring and dropping into controls from the top

Running warm up/down 16:00 [2] 0.9 km (17:47 / km) +140m 10:00 / km

since course all down hill had to get to the top to start with!

Up at hazel's with hollie and spongey for a few days to train on speyside! went to some random area 1-5000 just did a short line course and then a kind of control pick!

4* 30,45,60 secs with equal recovery

then about 8 sprint starts to finish off

bouce match at club, really gd game, well matched team, me jen ross ruaridh betha nd 2 older men. didn't really keep score, fun stuff
