oleg was planning so the training was pretty damn good! first pairs exercise with kirsty. wasn't going too fast but was clean!

feeling pretty tired so just walked round the attackpoints course!

after the pairs exercise we did a wee sprint. was tired so made mistakes which was good as then knew what to work on! raining alot and heart rate really high for oace i was going at.

Wildcast match against GA. we lost 3-1 but it was a pretty tough match. was playing centre which i was findin abit weird as kept droping back to defence.

2nd leg on mens short. was alright a few wee hesitations but didn't know who was on course so didn't get distracted much.

warmed up joggin outside and then some strtching in side the hand over pen.

then when i got bac went round the string course with alice for my warm down.
