Hockey 40:00 [3]

school game against jordanhill again. was only 3-1 this time and we could hav won just that we put our heads down and it all went to plot. ahhh soo annoying

Hockey 1:10:00 [4]

Wildcats 2nd XI v troon. was a cup match and they are 2 divisions above us so was very happy with the result 6-4 concidering that it was 4-3 at one point. thouhgt we played really well as a team. :)

Running warm up/down 20:00 [2]

did lots of warming up and down because knew was playing later in the day. have to say worked v well as no stiffness at all!

drove dad to steves house and then ran on from there. went through and up to the back of bearsden and then along to the big roundabout and then home past asda and up pasted jens and then home! really cold yet again but think i'm just goin to hav to gte used to it

ahh such a cold day/ night.
had school training but hardly anyone there, i'll b having a wee word.
than wildcats wth ian. did some fittnes much to everone elses dislike but foudn ti quite good. feeling tired though after the weekend. we were practiceing short corners but luckly i was running post so i didn't get too cold. then we did some one on one practice and then a game.

SHIs individual event at craig a barns. Was freezing a again and the clouds decided to rain again. Race wasn't very good, Kept making little mistakes and the long leg was silly as not much route choice which annoyed me. V physical and feeling hungry and out of energy about 3 controls from the end. need to find something to take round with me to eat and someting to keep my motivation up on long legs. Could have cut out about 5 mins of easy mistakes and with good winters training running speed could b much improved.

Running warm up/down 20:00 [2]

Ran up to the start because it was so windy and cold. then did some warm up on the track. warmed down along the track from the finish because it was so cold. met alice and steve on my way and alice fell flat on her face in the mud, she's so cute.
