Hockey 1:50:00 [4]

distance=lots
first match against the High School of G we won 2-0 so pretty happy
then in the afternnon after plenty refueling mathc against GHK an we won again but 8-0 woop woop!!!
go team
it was rather wet though

me and dad did some ciucuts mostly legs and core cause it'd just had a jag so arm was alittle sore.

personal training with murray was really good got a lot done and our wee group works well just the five of us!

distance = 30* 50 yerds what ever that is!
er hockye fitness with stick and ball work
3 sets of ten each time a different skill

ans the wild cats in the pouring rain!1 what fun it was!
then i got home and there was no bread for toast what a gutter!

love this area and was really nice just to practice technique and stuff before the Jhi's
