went with dad to see if a triathlon is in any way possible, safe to say we are both pretty shit. 400m in about 10 mins, can only do breast stroke. Did 38 in total, 2 front crawl = nearly died! More practice needed!

Nighthawk, leg 3, absolute nightmare! going really well, then head lamp broke when I fell over on the way to 3, had a little pretzel and I know the problem so fixed it but by this time everyone was long gone. Then when loving life in the mens train for 2 controls until they had slightly different gaffe and I was very hesitant to our control and got distracted by a very lost swiss girl which then became two very lost girls! after that I just wanted to finish! lamp broke again 2 controls from the end but just went with the trusty pretzel till the finish!

Pre running tour classic on the Trossachs. Absolutely loved it, apart from fighting through some bracken making trails and loosing about 2 mins on poor route execution on the long leg it was good.
