Went to see a different physio at home today. Enlighting. Basically she was not surprise that i was in a lot of pain. My hips are lying off level, one tilted forward and one back. Going back on monday for some more bone manipulation.
first spinning class with Chloe, thought it might help! Felt good for the first 20 mins then I literally wanted to die. Stomach still not right...hmm. On a diet of toast and butter as it seems to be the only thing it can take.
think i have some sort of stomach bug, started yesterday, weird cause i feel hungry, I eat, I feel very ill, it fades slowly and begins again, although I'm not eating half as much as normal.. Decided to try the gym, it was ok as didn't eat anything before hand.
Running in the evening was not possible. thought I was going to be sick, just went walking..dull
Tio, 1st leg, second team. No pressure at all as the rest of the team made up of mums, which was good as really in no shape to properly race.
was a great experience, 2 misses, about 3 mins in total, the rest of the time lost made me realise how unfit I currently am. BUT, uni is finished on thursday and well motivated to get my ass in gear for summer! Fun Times :) good to see the girls again!
After a week of little sleep, final design project is finally in :)
Adrenaline rush died quickely and as struggling walking over to lidl! Made it home for a good dinner and bad at 8 :) Happy Days, bring on the summer
